Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  1. The order was cancelled by Hungerz! or the restaurant.
  2. You were charged incorrectly.
  3. You received the wrong or incomplete order (evidence may be required).
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  1. The delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
  2. You changed your mind after the order was prepared.
  3. Delay due to traffic or weather.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed or prepared by the restaurant.
  • Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
