Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The order was cancelled by Hungerz! or the restaurant.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- You received the wrong or incomplete order (evidence may be required).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
- You changed your mind after the order was prepared.
- Delay due to traffic or weather.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed or prepared by the restaurant.
- Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
